Clawhammer Ukulele
Can you guess this is a ukulele? I am playing it in the style of a 5-string banjo. Unfortunately my arthritic hands disrupt playing today. But I still wear my Ukulele Underground ballcap!

I came to ukulele late in life. I played guitar from early teens, mostly a 12 string since young adulthood, and learned the banjo in the Army, playing Pete Server style. I wanted to play claw hammer style but failed to learn it on my own. In early retirement I took a class and nailed it. Later I heard someone play claw hammer banjo with nylon strings. I loved the softer sound. Moving the style to uke was an experiment. It worked!
